Responsibilities:

Running the office's reception desk - Welcoming guests and providing services to employees
Oversee housekeeping, office operations and ongoing office administration
Administration of flights and accommodation for overseas travel
Coordinating with a large number of suppliers, as well as handling orders, invoices and procurement
Provide support for organizing company and HR events

דרישות:

Qualifications

High organizational skills
Attention to details, dependability/punctuality, multi tasking, thinks outside the box
Prior customer service skill preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
Computer fluency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Capable of working in a fast pace and demanding environment
